Who we are

Saini Finance Co. ("we", "us") is a finance firm based near BDO Office, Phoolpiara Road, Thandikhui, Sujanpur, Dist. Pathankot, Punjab 145023. This policy covers sainifinance.com and enquiries made to us by WhatsApp, phone, email or in person.

What we collect, and when

• Website enquiry forms (Check Eligibility, Invest With Us): your name, mobile number, the loan type or interest you select, and optionally an approximate amount and your village/town. These forms do not send anything to a server — they open WhatsApp on your device with a pre-filled message, and nothing reaches us unless you press send.
• When you contact us on WhatsApp, phone or email: whatever you choose to share in that conversation.
• If you apply for a loan: identity and address documents, income or business details, guarantor details where applicable, collateral details (for gold or vehicle loans), and repayment records. These are collected in person or on WhatsApp, only as needed to assess and service your loan.
• Website usage: if enabled, we use privacy-friendly, cookie-free visit statistics (pages viewed, device type, approximate country) to understand which pages are useful. This does not identify you.

How we use it

• To reply to your enquiry and tell you what documents or steps apply to you.
• To assess, disburse, record and collect a loan you take, and to send you payment reminders and receipts.
• To keep records we are required to keep by law, and to protect our legal rights.

We do not sell your information, and we do not share it for anyone else's marketing.

Who can see it

Only Saini Finance Co. and our staff who need it for your enquiry or loan. We use trusted service providers to run our business — for example WhatsApp for messages, email hosting, and secure cloud storage for loan records — and they process data on our behalf. We may disclose information if required by law or by a court or government authority.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not lead to a loan are deleted from our records when no longer needed. Loan records are kept for as long as the loan is active and afterwards for the period required by applicable law.

Cookies and local storage

We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. The site remembers your language choice (English or Hindi) in your browser's local storage — this never leaves your device. The map on our Contact page is provided by Google Maps; when it loads, Google's own privacy policy applies.

Your rights

Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 you may ask us to tell you what personal data we hold about you, to correct or update it, or to erase data we no longer need to keep. You may also withdraw consent for future contact at any time. Some records must be retained by law while a loan is active or for a period afterwards.
